What a difference working with Szwarc Construction. Peter is very responsive, extremely detailed and professional. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions. They offered best warranty, price and timeframe for the completion of the project (new roof shingles with gutters).

After getting 4 estimates, we hired Szwarc to replace our roof. His price was fair, the crew was careful and did a great job. It was easy to communicate with them and left the property clean. Would definitely recommend them.

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Szwarc Construction. We were very happy with the results. Peter the owner was easy to Communicate with. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns. . The roof replacement was done in a timely manor .The work crew was courteous and professional. My overall experience was very good.
