After getting 4 estimates, we hired Szwarc to replace our roof. His price was fair, the crew was careful and did a great job. It was easy to communicate with them and left the property clean. Would definitely recommend them.

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Szwarc Construction. We were very happy with the results. Peter the owner was easy to Communicate with. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns. . The roof replacement was done in a timely manor .The work crew was courteous and professional. My overall experience was very good.

Our roof was done without delay, there were no surprises in the process, everybody who worked on the site clearly was motivated to do an excellent job and the end product was everything I hoped for. Highly recommended!

I would give Szwarc Construction my highest recommendation to anyone who has need of any of their services, we used them to redo our roof (totally stripped off old shingles and laid whole new roof), fix some gutters and put gutter covers on. They offered a good price, did the job in a timely fashion, excellent workmanship and were professional throughout the process. I have owned homes since 1997; hence I have had many contacts with contractors. I can write, without reservation, that Szwarc is one of the best. I sustained damages from Tropical Storm Fay, but Szwarc rectified my roof situation, + so far, I have not had any repercussions from Isaias. Also, they are professional, honest + very accommodating.
