They closed my case a year ago after harassing me. Now the reopened the case and are up to the same thing. Do not talk to these people. Just ignore them. They even called my sister. That's ridiculous

I cannot get through to the "attorney" that is "working my case" I was served on May 2nd for a vehicle that was totaled in 2018. After which the GAP company did not pay the excess owed... the fight should be between Ford and them, not me. Please tell me how to GET ANSWERS and not the I'll check on that run around. I was told to put my correspondence in writing and fax to them... I did so and 1 month later received a letter saying to call to set up a payment plan. No information about my correspondence attached in any way. I ... read more
