Szotts came out and was very professional and did a great job replacing missing shingles and didn’t do the hard sell of wanting to replace the whole roof. Appreciate the price and work done!
Lack of communication. Didn’t reply on via WhatsApp. Totally waste of time and money.
During the roofing work, some of my landscaping and gutters were damaged, and despite multiple requests, they didn’t take responsibility or fix the issues.
They left my yard and driveway covered in debris and roofing materials. Cleanup was poorly done, and I had to hire someone else to clean up afterward.
After the roofing project was finished, I noticed leaks developing within a few weeks. The quality of work seemed subpar, and when I tried to get them to fix the problem, they were unresponsive. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.
