This was my first experience with "any" Toyota dealership, and I cannot express enough, how happy I am. Marcella Milwee is second to none when it comes to customer service and respect! We are sorry for the poor communication. Tyree is no longer with the company. I am sorry you missed out on the Cadillac we had for sale. We had hundreds of leads for that vehicle and it has been sold.
No RAV4 hybrids in stock or open to purchase from incoming cars to Scott, which is not surprising. However no one followed up on my interest on a possible future purchase other than what car I have to trade. I had no interest in trading a car.

I received a prompt response for my inquiry about a vehicle and was able to purchase it within 48 hours and was offered $4500 more than another dealer for my trade-in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and no hard pressure sales
We are happy to report the fantastic service Szott Toyota have been doing, and continue to do for us. The service department does a great job taking care of the customers. The service manager, Brian and his staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, we also take our non-Toyota cars for maintenance and service. I went to Szott Toyota initially to look at a used Toyota Highlander based on the car's reputation, but soon realized it was not the car for me. Dennis is misogynistic and hostile. He shook my husband’s hand, but refused to acknowledge me. Anytime I spoke, he scowled and had a retort prepared.

Szott Toyota has been the most pleasant dealership experience yet. They got the friendliest Sales Rep by the name of Elaine Litton and she went up and beyond in accomodating my Car needs. I was looking for a 2021 Highlander Hybrid and she's been offering awesome deals that is so great for us consumers. I felt her sincerity and feels like Im not just an ordinary customer. Customer service is phenomenal and the deals are great. I highly recommend this dealership when you are looking for a Toyota Vehicle.
