I am writing to express my disappointment with an incident at your location on August 18, 2025, during my birthday celebration. I was served a chipped glass cup, a clear safety hazard that could have caused injury. Thankfully, I wasn’t cut while drinking from the glass, but this issue significantly dampened my special day.
