Great place to eat anytime
Got takeout from here after years away, but it was disappointing. We asked for no cilantro, but the lamb dish came missing green onions, which are really essential to the flavor of the fried lamb. The lamb itself was also underwhelming, lacking the distinct taste of lamb, to the point where I couldn’t even tell if it was lamb or beef. We also ordered the knife-shaved noodles were a bit thick, and the portion of meat felt almost like a garnish.
One of the best place to get Szechuan cuisine in Hillsboro if you like spicy food, best fried hand shaven fried noodles, hot and spicy dried pot with prawns, Chongqing hot chicken, etc.
