We have been with Dr Szczepanski’s office for several years. All of the doctors and Nurse Practitioners, as well as the staff, are top notch. They are knowledgeable and friendly and get us in quickly when need. I strongly recommend them as your central medical source.
I, too, had a wonderful experience with Dr. S the first several times I saw her. The next appointment I had to see NP or PA. After labs, I was told I had to come in for the results. So I did...the NP or PA stood by the door, told me they were ok, asked if I had questions, and left....not 5 min in the room. Another co-pay for something I could have been told over the phone. Ugh

We are working through the process to ensure we are 100 percent with every encounter, and I now have two physicians here as well in hopes to improve our quality throughout all patient care!
I love the fact the office uses essential oils instead of those overbearing sprays everyone uses. The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. I couldn’t see how anyone could have any bad dealings here. This isn’t a Kum-N-Go gas station it’s a doctor’s office so I take that in consideration along with other people’s ailments when waiting to be seen. Thank y’all for all y’all do and your help. My husband loves this office also!

Office STINKS from the oils sprayed in the air. If you have any type of asthma issues STAY FAR AWAY. COMPLAINED DIRECTLY TO THE DOCTOR AND IT FELL ON DEAF EARS .

I'm so sorry it's not a good fit for you in our office. We choose to use essential oils to most naturally combat germs that are brought into the office by our patients who may be suffering from acute sicknesses. We often turn the diffuser off if it causes any negative experience acutely for the patients. However, we fully understand our clinic is not right for everyone.
The best doctor ever! She cares about her patients and never feels like you are rushed or a number!
I moved from va to Covington and I had my family practice physician for 22 years it was very hard to leave her we had been thru much togther. So I thought it will be hard to find another good family practice physician I did dr szcepanski was great and the entire staff. I see why she is so highly regarded among her pears and staff. God bless her and her staff
I made several appointments to see the doctor herself. I said I want to see the doctor and they said the appointment was with her. At both appointments I saw everyone but the doctor. I was told she loves her patients. When they first opened they were outstanding now they are a production line medical office.
