My wife has posted two reviews in the past. Joe led the team of subcontractors that completed a complete renovation our investment home in 2010. His professionalism and leadership skills turned that project into a complete success. In 2014 he did the same for a phenomenal kitchen renovation at actual our house at. When a 50 foot white oak fell on our house this past December (2024), we hired Szarko Builders for the extensive repairs. We’ll recommend Szarko Builders to all!!

I hired Joe and his crew to remodel our bathroom and our bonus room. He is our go-to guy for all projects. He is reasonably priced, reliable, and professional. I will certainly work with him and his team in the future.
We used Szarko Builders for a large project at our house involving a portion of our roof, roof deck, and sun room. I had a very good feeling about them from the first time they came to our house. We got estimates from several people, but they were the only people who accurately assessed the problem and knew what would be required to fix it.
