Fantastic builder. Did multiple areas of the house 2 bathrooms, basement, and a kitchenette. Communication was good and the hiccups were handled well. I would highly recommend Joe Szarko and his team.
My wife has posted two reviews in the past. Joe led the team of subcontractors that completed a complete renovation our investment home in 2010. His professionalism and leadership skills turned that project into a complete success. In 2014 he did the same for a phenomenal kitchen renovation at actual our house at. When a 50 foot white oak fell on our house this past December (2024), we hired Szarko Builders for the extensive repairs. We’ll recommend Szarko Builders to all!!
Awesome kitchen remodel. Major job with moving doors and windows and it turned out great on time and under budget
I hired Joe and his crew to remodel our bathroom and our bonus room. He is our go-to guy for all projects. He is reasonably priced, reliable, and professional. I will certainly work with him and his team in the future.
