So far so great. I have been to chiro before, and chose to leave a franchise due to the never ending marketing cycles. Broadway is thorough, emphasizes both education and commitment to lifestyle changes to support treatments. I am a couple weeks in, and my range of motion in my neck is better, and my 1st class is tonight (mandated education as part of my commitment to the treatment) I am super happy with the staff, and the treatments so far. I'd have no issue recommending them to anyone I knew.
My better half dragged me into Broadway Chiropractic given the state of my back (shoulders, legs, arms, etc) and it became obvious very quickly that this was an incredible place. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and above all else, care. That trickles down directly from the top - Dr. Phil and Dr. Jess are both great people who are passionate about what they do.
