Have been waiting two months for my contacts, which I paid for already, and it seems no one knows what's going on or remembers me coming in. The lady working there always seems so confused! Same with my sisters glasses, she cannot see without them, and my parents had to buy a pair out of pocket while waiting for hers to come in (which they still haven't and it has been almost 4 weeks!).
