My husband and I visited Sytner to buy a used BMW. After establishing that we would like an X1 - from sitting in one of theirs to visit another compound - salesman Richard Bater browsed online to find one of our spec. He found one in Essex that could be sent to Swansea that was allegedly of the spec that we required. He had no photos to show us, and I somewhat foolishly paid £1000 deposit to have it "delivered", mainly as I was relived at finding a car that both my husband and I liked. Bought a car from Sytner in Swansea. In July 2024. We were helped by a sales person called Matthew Pritchard. He was so helpful, patient, and not at all pushy. He helped us navigate the on line business. In fact each member of staff we met was so so helpful and kind. The Welsh cakes were lush also!!!! 👌
