I was very disappointed to be completely ignored by the staff at the Mini showroom today. Having bought two new Minis and one used one which I am currently driving I was shocked. There were no other customers in the showroom at the time. In contrast a very helpful lady in the BMW showroom helped me with my inquiry. Thank you, I have made contact as requested. I said, Hi Keith I was invited to contact you, Where’s the party. I have yet to be contacted. - Still disappointed!

We recently bought an approved used mini through Lewis at Sytner in Swansea. The service we received was top class. We always got immediate replies to any emailed queries - even when we'd sent them in at out of office times and hadn't really expected a reply until the following day. Lewis was extremely knowledgable and his professionalism ensured that all the relevant paperwork associated with the part exchange, went ahead painlessly.
