Asked for cornrows they only blow dried half my hair so the half the cornrows were long half weren’t.
Did not see the many bad reviews before I booked this place, by the time I did, I already had an appointment and did not want to disappoint them. Well, my bad! I decided to choose something really easy, thinking, it cannot be done bad. Just two days after my hair, it is all falling off, just 2 days! Horrible, Horrible service. I don’t think anybody here actually knows what they are doing! You’re better off doing it yourself!
I booked an appointment online the day before the appointment for the time slot they had available which started at 8 AM so I booked my appointment for 8 AM. The morning of my appointment I get an email saying that my appointment has been changed to 10 AM without a call or a reason and without any other available times. I was not able to make that appointment and these people didn’t even try to work with me to credit the $25 that they charged for a no-show even though I called I left messages.
