I called to book an appointment. Was told that there was no availability on the day I asked. Was told that I would get a call back with their availability. Got hung up on and they did not call me back to let me know when I could come in. Rude and unprofessional.

Asked for cornrows they only blow dried half my hair so the half the cornrows were long half weren’t.
Did not see the many bad reviews before I booked this place, by the time I did, I already had an appointment and did not want to disappoint them. Well, my bad! I decided to choose something really easy, thinking, it cannot be done bad. Just two days after my hair, it is all falling off, just 2 days! Horrible, Horrible service. I don’t think anybody here actually knows what they are doing! You’re better off doing it yourself!
