Jeff was amazing. Came out for an estimate on hardwiring internet to my sons room for a Christmas present. Was able to do the job right then and there as well as help with a router and wiring to a second bedroom. Overall a great experience. Got exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price.
Recently my laptop would not start. Upon sourcing a company or technician that could diagnose the problem, help solve the issue and direct me, IT companies tried to take advantage of me with absurd pricing and more: long term memberships ... Apps and their consultants didn’t offer a timely, customized and highly personable approach like Matt and this company did- and on a Sunday night.
