This place is pretty scammy. Liars and cheats. Do not give them your business. Long story short, I needed a new battery for my MacbookPro. I setup an appointment online via Apple.com and their system suggested Systems Plus due to proximity and availability. Ok, fine I think to myself. I can take it someplace and let someone else deal with the battery instead of doing it myself. I look around online and the typical cost seems to be $200. Brought my MacBook Pro in because it wouldn't turn on. Works great now! Can I just say how awesome Sue is! I called a couple times (including once 2 minutes before close) and she was always so nice! Hard to get a technician to call me back but I also understand how busy they are.
My computer drive began to crash and these guys saved my day. Prompt service and excellent communication. Were able to save and transfer my data to the new drive and it was all covered under AppleCare. I would definitely use their services again.
