On May 18, 2015, I called them on a Sunday evening due to a toilet problem. I was told it would cost $145.00 but knew it was Sunday & they'd charge more. Plumber came in and told me, "your floor is rotting out, I can't repair this due to liability on me should the toilet fall through..." He happily walked back to his van with a check for $145.00 and said "we'd be happy to come back to fix it once the floor is fixed..."
