We used the shuttles to get our party of seven to and from the Port of Miami for our family cruise. Shuttle drivers were very good at navigating all the traffic and construction in and out of the port. There was some difficulty with language barriers but using creative means and knowing some Spanish helped with successful communication. If we get another cruise out of Miami, I plan on using them again.

We have used System Shuttle twice already and have never been disappointed. They are always on time, employees are polite and helpful, and their vehicles are clean and well maintained

Very easy to schedule our transportation from our hotel to the cruise terminal. The website is simple and user friendly. System Shuttle Miami was recommended by a family member. They are the only transport service they use when cruising out of Miami!
