We used this service for before and after our Virgin Voyage cruise. Lucas was our driver and he was so nice and professional. He was great with communication and got us to the port and picked us up on time. I will definitely be using this service again and for my clients who may cruise in the future out of Port Miami. We used System Shuttle Miami for our pick up and drop off to the airport, they were right on time and the drivers were very friendly. We were running slightly late when getting picked up from the airport, but we texted the driver and they were understanding and waited patiently for us. We would definitely recommend and use this service again.
