We originally used System Pavers to transform our driveway 19 years ago. They did fantastic work that drastically increased our curb appeal and the value of our home. We called them back recently to help us repair several stones that PG&E damaged when they dug a massive trench to increase the power to our house during a major remodel. I had System Pavers (SP) install pavers and grout selected areas with polymorphic sand over the past several years. Recently cracks had begun in a number of areas and I called SP for assistance. The remediation work was overseen by Oscar Maciel of SP's maintenance department. Oscar came to my house, walked through each area I had concerns about, took extensive video footage to guide the staff member who would be conducting the fixes, and explained carefully what was entailed in the repairs.
