Our experience with System Pavers started out strong but went significantly downhill once construction began. The sales representative, Jay, was excellent. He was responsive, timely, and thorough in answering questions during and after the sales process. Unfortunately, once the project was handed off to the project manager, Colin, the experience deteriorated quickly. Overall very disappointed, multiple issues with my project which started with incorrect pavers installed, to no shows/delays in fixing, to final product sealed with stains. I had a rather simple job and maybe it just wasn't big enough to get the attention I believe a paying customer deserved. Once job was "complete" with multiple issues I was berated with text and calls to sign a completion certificate and pay my final invoice.
