Serious concerns on quality 1. For years the owner of Systems Control would come to my house to check on the A/C system and every year, if not twice a year, he would say the system needed freon and it cost me a few hundred dollars each time. Horrible. We used this company because our landlord said he’s been working with them for 20 years. When the a/c repair guy got there he looked around and said everything is fine and charged $225. We told him he didn’t do anything. Why should we pay him? He said the money was for him to go out and “check” what’s going on. He didn’t even diagnosed anything . He just walked around and stuck a machine to get a reading and he said the “a/c was fine”. My parents doesn’t know English so they paid him. I got to the shop after a coup... read more
