Sysco's hiring process is very, not professional and I was offended no one followed up after my three person interview in regard to my candidacy. I was told by an employee I was over qualified, which is crazy as in the behavior interview questions, I answered them with multiple positive references. I would suggest you do not consider applying to this company.
