This company deserves zero stars, when my friend locked her keys inside the place they would not send help they wouldn't even answer the phone, they wouldn't let us pick up a key or make a copy, they offered zero help only to pay for a locksmith which is like $200 absolutely ridiculous and zero help from their rental office no one should rent from these people. They're renting out an entire building as a homeless shelter and continuously raising the rent. Terrible practice terrible business terrible people.

Horrible place to rent from I can’t believe they are still in business
It is most difficult to find rentals these days so it may seem like you have no choice but to go with this company. Please think twice. They are the most unethical and downright despicable company I have ever worked with. My daughter is unable to make the rent payments because she is struggling to find a job. She has to relocate and they are charging her the remainder of her rent totaling almost $14,000. They will go after her credit and she is just starting out in life. They are threatening and horrific.
