Syringa was an amazing experience! I was very nervous going in but the nurse was so friendly and kind it calmed me right away! Everything went smooth from beginning to end. I got a clear explanation of the process and communication with my husband during my surgery was very timely. I felt well taken cared of! Thank you Syringa!
We had a great experience at Syringa for our 5-year-old daughter's tonsillectomy. Nurse Emma (pre-op) was so kind and calming, she took her time with my daughter and engaged with her. Nurse Lisa (recovery) took wonderful care of her post-surgery. She made sure she had everything she needed and we understood the post op protocol. Fabulous patient care. Everyoe was very friendly which helped me with my anxiety. My daughter, who was my caregiver, was impressed with the staff as well. She said she would definitely want to go to Syiinga for any possibl future surgeries .
Excellent experience with Syringa. Everyone, from the front door staff to the pre-op nurse, the anesthesiologist to the surgical team, was absolutely great. The facility is spotless, the staff helpful and informative, and the process very efficient. I don't know anyone who gets excited about the prospect of surgery, but if you need to do it, it is reassuring to be in a place you can trust.
