Came in for a friends birthday- 5 people- had to wait an hour, HOWEVER that just shows how amazing this place is for being that busy on a Tuesday evening during the slow season. We were content- as the servers offered us drinks while we waited- and immediately upon being seated, the chef (Who is also the owner)sent out complimentary grilled tuna which isn’t on the menu- just because we had to wait. Having lived and eaten sushi in Seattle, San Diego and many other places across the country, Syringa is hands down the best sushi experience. Their menu is full of flavor, the staff is professional and the owners are loving and humble people. Don’t think twice about eating here!
