Jim quickly provided me a quote and was able to get the job done just a few days later. They look great and function perfectly! I highly recommend Jim and Syracuse Seamless Gutters.
NEVER< NEVER< NEVER use this group or trust him. Jim is a charming "talker" who CANNOT be trusted. I paid him in advance for a $1800 gutter job at my mother's [she's 93] house and he never showed up. Multiple contacts and always lame excuses. He ultimately sends back 1/2 of what I paid him......and disappears again. This is my first bad review of someone and Boy, do they deserve it.
Jim's team installed gutters which looked great at first. The first winter 1/2 of the hangers on the gutter of our barn broke and he said they would come and fix it and never did. Called the following spring and only returned my phone call because he thought I was a new customer. Once he realized I needed warranty service he never responded again to phone or text. Never use this business as it is extremely shady

Installed gutters on my house this summer. Never installed a drip strip. Half of the gutters do not function due to this and drip over the back. Strung me along for 4 months telling me he would come ensure they functioned. Stopped returning texts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!! Total scammer
