If I could give less stars I would. Worst place ever. I was sick and they told me not to come in because I had Covid and then discharged me without telling me after they told me not to come in! Left my cab still set up and didn't cancel it so I went all the way there for nothing to sit there for an hour. Very rude incompetent people.
I had ryan Bristow for left knee replacement. Worked wonders. if I hurt he stopped and try again another day. I asked for him for right knee but hes changing locations. Of course Vinny Marino is a expert on knees. Been working on knees a long time.
I came to SOS therapy after months of failed therapy with a different provider. It was hands down the best choice I could have made. I’ve worked with Brandi and Ed, they are truly amazing. Both are knowledgeable, kind, and just wonderful to work with. The progress I’ve made since switching offices just a short time ago is amazing. I would recommend both of them
SOS is a victim of its own success. I've been very pleased with SOS doctors and physical therapy over the years. My major complaint is that it's near impossible to get through by phone. Experiencing serious back pain, I've tried twice to make an appointment by phone (after initially requesting one via their website) and have been put on permanent hold each time. SOS really needs to address this basic administrative problem. I finally got through only to be abruptly informed that they're maxed out and couldn't accept me even ... read more
