I cannot recommend Dr. Scruggs highly enough. She recently cared for my 92-year-old father, who has dementia and needed two teeth extracted. She listened carefully to my concerns about sedation in an elderly patient with dementia, while also understanding my concern that he might be frightened having the procedure awake. Andre Cardoso is the ONLY doctor that took me seriously after I had a very rare heart attack at only 35 years old from clotting disorders. I had a scheduled extraction with aspen dental scheduled until my heart attack. When I left the hospital it was over from there. Not one doctor took me serious, not the cardiologist and especially not the doctors over at ST Joseph’s medical team.
