Called about eye problem after surgery .was dismissed because I had appt with my original Dr,,, ya think they would want to do an additional post op,,,,we will see
Wait times are extremely long and the process is inefficient. The staff operates like it is still the 1980s with their scheduling procedures. Our appointment was cancelled due to lack of dr availability on a specific day which lead to a month delay. Billing staff was very matter of fact and not willing to resolve specific issues. Instead they stated "This is just the way we do it."
