I have been very pleased with my experience with Dr. Sgroi and the staff at Syracuse Hearing Solutions. He is always attentive to my concerns and makes every effort to make adjustments to insure comfort and ease of use of my hearing aids. He patiently listens and respectfully answers all questions and concerns.I am thankful for choosing them for hearing aids for they have made the process much easier than I ever anticipated.
I don’t believe I ever heard back after the doctor received my hearing test results
The only problem and concern i had with my first time visit was that the waiting room was closed to me before my 1:00 appointment. I had no where to sit and wait since I was dropped off by my PACE bus. I ended up waiting and sitting on the stone wall outside the building entrance. There must be a solution for staff to take their lunch without having to close the waiting room to patients. Otherwise the visit was pleasant and professional.
Extensive testing helped us to determine the best way to meet my hearing needs. Options were thoroughly discussed. There was no pressure. Instruction for use and care were were all explained with patience. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you Dr. Sgroi and Jorge
I was referred here by my ENT for a hearing test. I was so impressed with Dr. Sgroi, I inquired about their hearing aid services. He offered to inspect mine and do a "fine tuning" if needed. Since I was not a regular patient, I paid a small fee. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST I have heard in quite some time! I will private pay in the future to receive this care. Highly recommend.
