They were friendly and helpful in testing my hearing. No one really wants to get a hearing aid, but they made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable. I strongly recommend them.

Just my personal experience at SHS ( Syracuse Hearing Solutions), the people are very pleasant to work with, the owner made me feel comfortable by explaining every step as to what she was doing and looking for. I would personally recommend this practice for any of your hearing needs.
