After about a year and a half , I have had about four visits so far and have always walked out fully satisfied. Appointments are prompt and audiologists are thorough in their examinations and adjustments and cleanings are made to my hearing aids as needed. Also Ashley, the office manager is very adept in providing needed help to perform routine maintenance on my aids. George Radford
Dr. Nicole was so patient and helpful with my 96 year old mom. She explained everything thoroughly and when we had a follow up question she called us right back. So glad we went there and got the hearing aid. Great practice, product and service.
