Not happy with Syntrol. A one day job turned into a five day job. Showed up late or not at all. System not installed right. Go another business if possible.
Beware of dealing with this company. Their "Free quote" to my mother involved plumber ripping out her toilet and then telling her she either had to pay 275 to put the toilet back in or buy new toilet for 460. He basically forced her to buy new toilet which was crap and had same exact problem as before with bowl draining and added some low flow super weak flush garbage toilet on top of the existing problem. Ha !! The Better Business Bureau is a PRIVATE organization that relies on paid subscriptions from the business owner's who join. One of the top 3 Mercedes Benz dealers in the US down in the Los Angeles area received a very bad rating because the refused to join the BBB.. I will not say all, but most from what I have read, of the localized BBB chapters do not "investigate" the complaints they receive, they just post the information. HVAC side of this business is ran awfully!!!!! The manager doesn't have a clue what he is doing, they are filled with lies. I would NEVER do business with this company!!!
Showed up on time as promised, quickly found the solution and charge was cheaper then what I was quoted. Fair price and good service. Would recommend to anyone!
Fast, courteous, clean, and very reasonable rates. Allowed me to schedule same-day work at around 5:00pm. A+ service and will definitely use them again.
Prompt attention, fast service,and a friendly attitude. Fixed our leaky drain pipe for 1/6 the cost we were quoted by somebody else.
They fixed my air just in time. It's been burning hot and we need our AC. Carl was very friendly and was giving us tip on self maintenance on our outdoor unit.
They came out and fixed the garbage disposer in my sink, during so they found that the blade had pretty much been dull and rotted. They ran out to the nearest home improvement place and got me a replacement. Now that's service!
