Great place. The people are awesome.
Some of the caseworkers are questionable. Two, in particular, treated a family member inappropriately. A neighbor complained that her son’s appointment details were disclosed to a total stranger, who was later revealed to be a dangerous individual. Additionally, the director has a very poor attitude. The nurse practitioners and doctors don’t stay at the facility for long, and the counselors frequently change as well. how they managed to lose my DNA more than once for testing? i don’t know. but now im unhinged and unmedicated. thanks syntero, for continuously making a terrible name for yourselves. please shut down or do better. pathetic.
edit 3/3/23: i received a call back about the fees and they closed it for me immediately. I just want to thank Rhonda for messaging me back as soon as possible and getting this situation resolved for me. I still think the staff are great, shame i had such a bad experience with the therapist i had. 3 stars❤️ I truly liked this place until covid hit. My therapy sessions became phone calls and ones that my therapist barely gave any sort of effort to. I get working from home was nice but basically getting 0 feedback while i can ... read more
Dr. Katherine Miller likes to play “God” with your mental health medication. This will be the second time she just put my refills on her “ who cares” list! To let someone go days without their much needed medication is just cruel
