My family member has really benefitted from the Same-Day access program (with Delaware County). The therapists are compassionate and offer practical suggestions. The Syntero support staff is friendly and make an effort to communicate about appointments and billing. We're very happy with this practice!
Really disappointed right now with them. I left a message and was told 24 to 48 hours for a response. Three days later I called again and was told an additional five days. They are there to help you, except when they aren't. Talking to your doctor before making any changes is hard to do when you can't talk to your doctor (or somebody else)
The turn over rate is insane. I’m not sure how many appointments I’ve been to getting established with a new provider in the two+ years I’ve been a patient. Which is required to be in person. Lately I’ve been getting nowhere because they can’t keep appointments or there is nobody to be assigned to. Sometimes driving 40 min just to be told my appointment was cancelled. Quality of care isn’t there like it used to be. They should probably treat their employees better.
