Wouldn't cash a check drawn on there bank because I didn't have account there that's rediculous
I'm sorry but Betty has the worst customer service and you can tell she doesn't even want to be there, her rudeness has no limts!. Does she not know that she does not have a job if it wasn't for the customers. You are supposed to exceed customer service expectations, not have mediocre service. Someone needs to retrain here. 1 star is more than what she deserves, somebody please do something about it.
Love my home town bank and all its wonderful. Associate's. Can't beat the bank manager Marcus. He always makes the time to sit and discusses all your money and banking concerns. Takes the time to make you feel like a valuable accesset to his business. Everyone is very kind and always remember you at each visit.
