Great staff and service
Best bank around! Quick service. Nice, polite.
If it was possible to leave no stars that would be my choice. I brought in a check written by their customer on an account from that same location and they wanted to charge me a fee because I didn't bank with them. The only reason I am in their building is because the check is drawn on them. I have never seen such rude clerks and after being in there for 5 minutes I would never have anything to do with them again. What a waste of time.
April and her teammates are a great group to work with in Sumter, SC. They are always very helpful to us and we love banking there.
I travel all around the state making many stops at synovus branches this is one the more helpful and well staffed branches.
