The other Synovus ATM closet to me was out of order and when I tried to enter the hospital to use the ATM there the "Nurse/receptionist " was very unprofessional and rude and would not allow me to enter just to use the ATM. If you are not allowed to enter the building then you shouldn't advertise that it is available for use!
It's and ATM. You give it an ATM card and it gives you cold, hard cash as intended.
