Came here to cash a check, they told me the check was no good (department of homeland security check) (government check) Went to north Monroe and they did it with no problem! To my opinion they’re lazy! I’d recommend going to ANY OTHER BRANCH (north Monroe was great) than this one!
they made it so difficult to cash a check for our business only because we did not have an account with them.
Bad customer service no one knows what they are doing .. I would recommend going to North Monroe
