Always friendly and helpful!
We do have 9 business account with this bank since year 2014, we received large deposit they blocked my account without informing me, after i take this concern to them they wright me letter about bank error, even they don’t realize that all my ACH was return that will affect on my credit, Micheal is worst employee, Jonathan and Reese from Lexington branch. On forest drive location they never answer client call at all. I never recommend to anyone this bank.
Received a check from Progressive Insurance for a refund related to my Homeowners policy I cancelled. The check was sent overnight to me and was a manual check sent due to issues receiving the initial 2 checks they had to do a stop payment on. I took the check to Synovus Bank on Clemson Rd. The guy tried to assist me had an older lady try to verify the check she said she received some sort of message so he stated there was another link needing to be used.
