Great bank with very professional and polite staff. I highly recommend the Doral branch of Synovus bank.
With one teller working and trying to make a deposit of a single check and waiting 20 minutes is excessive and abusive. The previous customer was a commercial transaction changing monies for their business. All the while other employees were watching and not even acknowledging the wait or the customer service technique of saying, “ we apologize for the wait and someone will be with you shortly” - need basic training. There is never more than one person assisting customers at the counters and the ATM is never working at the Doral branch.
The only ATM machine for this bank and It’s NOT WORKING on Sunday.
