Def not a fan of this bank at all. I open an account and I tell them that I will be starting a new job in a month and will set up direct deposit. They SHUT MY ACCOUNT down 1 week later - While I was signing up there, they had no idea what they were doing. They were making snarky comments "Are you sure you want this account? you have to make over XXXX.00 $" YES IM SURE. Total lack of communication. Will never go here again. They think theyre like a fancy bank. They are garbage
This bank has great service, the staff is very professional. I've had no problems here and my monthly statement is always on time and accurate.
