The teller who helped me lacked Customer care. The managers were attentive( checking to see if they could help me while I was sitting waiting for a teller to open up. I went to the Sumter branch in Broad Street, the teller wanted me to provide two forms of identification even though I provided her with my passport, then when I wanted two separate transactions she appeared agitated as though it was an inconvenience for her. Poor customer service.
The customer service kind of lacks here, went once and never showed back up. They said they have a coin shortage but other banks in sumter get 10 boxes of coins, wells Fargo near this bank is 100x better
