My name is Laquisha Wells and I bank with Synovus and since I was there, I would like to say that my experience I have been no less than great and my personal banker Mr. Dinkins he is awesome along with the rest of his faculty and staff. They are amazing and the experience is great, they treat you like family. They will not let you leave until whatever you’re dealing with is complete and satisfied to your degree. I thank God for them. You should come join the family!
I like synovous very friendly and helpful when needed
The teller who helped me lacked Customer care. The managers were attentive( checking to see if they could help me while I was sitting waiting for a teller to open up. I went to the Sumter branch in Broad Street, the teller wanted me to provide two forms of identification even though I provided her with my passport, then when I wanted two separate transactions she appeared agitated as though it was an inconvenience for her.
