On January 28 I was referred to them by my insurance and I made an appointment for 3/20/24. When I called to confirm my appointment on 3/18,they had no record of me.and the soonest they could get me in was on May 30,2 full months after I run out of medication. Their phone staff are unsympathetic, rude,and made me feel like I was a bother to them. If this is how them are on the phone,I'm scared to see what they are like in the office.
Horrible experience these doctors are very unprofessional shouldn’t even have a license really worthless don’t even know how they still have a practice
