Staff and medical personnel are all friendly, professional and accommodating. Recommend highly.
It was a good experience...the front desk people were courteous as well nice...I didn't experience any type of run' around or anything like that...I was at the fountain valley office and the provider was nice...all in all the staff is kind...I would recommend to family and/or friends if they had chronic pain issues..dr. ono is very kind also to me..

First visit. I go through the signing in and fill out the packet of info. I see the nurse. She prescribed an epidural and says I won't be getting any medicines til the next visit at the earliest. I say okay. I've heard this is the case most of the time and that's fine. I ask for a note to excuse me from work to have proof I actually did see a doctor for the pain in experiencing.
