Really poor service. They are not prepared to be attending people, the doctor was extremely rude and feel like she is not a person to understand the symptoms I am going through and seems that she doesn't care, didn't want to listen or try to help............
I have had problems with this provider from the beginning. First the PA denied a medication that I have been on for several years,I had to go to my PCP to get it filled. I contacted many times with no reply. The next one. The PA didnt call in my medications for almost a week, and again that was after many text,voice mails and speaking with a supervisor. This last one was a dossey. I moved from orange County to riverside County. My insurance contacted them to give me a phone appointment do to me not having any care set up yet... read more
