Total disregard of pain a documented patient is experiencing. Lied about not receiving receiving prior records the content of urgent referral due to pain level and evidence of skeletal disease.. They treat each person like a drug seeking individual, despite prior pre authorized for a medication type provided . They recommend to wait for a month out to attain pain medication relief options. One of the worst PT places in the USA. First of all, it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. When you finally do, they tell you they only have appointments 2-3 months out because of their hours. If I was dying I'd be dead. Ask your doctors for a different referral because this place is truly horrible.
Called to schedule an appointment 30minutes before the business closed and was told to call back since they were done for the day. So unprofessional.
