Staff is always pleasant and attentive. Front desk is always smiling and shows their concern not just for the appointment but how you're doing. My doctor takes the time to listen to what I'm saying and not in a rush to just get through the appointment. I know what's going on with my body and she takes the time to understand that. She always has recommendations but is not overbearing, and she truly works on what's necessary to help me feel better and get the treatment I need. I've been a patient here for over 8 years. The staff & nurses are friendly & patient. I love Dr. Lynch! He always has a smile for me & makes me laugh with his dry humor. I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes which is greatly appreciated because the last pain management office I went to, I regularly waited over 2 hours & there were always angry patients having melt downs.
