received conflicting information from staff on first visit resulting in delay receiving pain medication prescriptions necessitating numerous trips unnecessarily. arrived today for procedure which was then canceled because I failed to prepare properly. I was then provided with the list the things I was to do and not to do to prepare prior to this procedure. providing me with this paperwork when standing in the office making the appointment seems to be a better option then giving it to me when I arrive for the procedure. appar... read more
portable staff horrible people that work there no concern for others they profile you and your character and to be in a medical field is a polygon who do they think they are
this is my second time i have left a review. the first was still a 1 star, and i still leave it at 1 star. this group has taken off my review because i believe that they do not want you to really see that there are many people that do not aprove of this clinic! lets see if they keep this post up!
Synovation and their professional staff are always friendly and accommodating. They have gone the distance to further my overall physical and mental health by delivering the latest and most beneficial treatments and protocols to advance my pain free mobility and endurance. Terrible first impression. Both my Dad & I came for my Mom's first assessment appointment - we were told only one of us could stay w/ her & that the Dr wouldn't see her until one of left. We both have input re: her problem.
He gave me my life back after 15 years of pain. He actually healed me and I am pain free. A must go if you have any kind of pain. He is honest and he really cares about his patients. .. ..
