Canceled my appointment this morning because the NP is sick. Okay, but the staff person didn’t have to be a rude-a$$ person and act like it’s somehow my fault. Also, can’t reschedule me for a month. Nobody cares.
While my experience with Synovation got off to a rough start due to an admin error on their end, my first visit to their office was good. The scheduler is very kind. I worked with Lois and really appreciate her empathic manner and holistic approach. Parking is convenient, under the office off of Arlington. I came at 1:30 and there were lots of spaces. It was refreshing to not have to pay for parking - a gross trend occurring in many medical environments.
From a Workers’ Comp perspective, they are unresponsive. I called and left messages for 1-2 weeks with no response. In one instance the staff answered the phone, were giggling and talking in the background for a sec before putting me on hold without saying anything. Don’t burn time trying to get referred to this clinic, try somewhere else.
Are you trying to get rid of humans we get to interact with upon checking in for our appointments? Humans that make going here pleasant? Humans that need a job that a kiosk or a computer can't do? I have been going here since I fell in January 2017. If it wasn't for this group, I would be in so much more pain. However.. you guys started this self check in kiosk BS. Worst service ever I received in my life. Will never recommend anyone to go this place. Waste of time and ignorance from staff. Shame on you!!!! This place should be closed immediately.
