Synoptic manages our 5-unit building in a landmark neighborhood, and I have always found CO to be responsive and professional.
Have lived in New York City for 20+ years, have served on the Board of two buildings for over 15 years. This is the best management company I've worked with in NYC, out of many. The team is knowledgeable, hands on, responsive. Extremely good on building operations. Quick and smart. Highly recommend.
Synoptic is unresponsive to issues requests and has poor customer service, including their CEO. It's unacceptable for a management company to ignore its customers for extended periods. If you are considering dealing with this company for your building, I would advise caution and make sure you find an alternative more professional management company, as their responsiveness and management skills are severely lacking.
One of the worst and laziest property management companies of all time. I've been trying to get an issue not just resolved but discussed (many calls made, none returned). I would never ever ever hire this company as it's clear what their strategy is.... cut costs to the bare bone (aka do nothing when you contact them)
