They did not replace my transmission level check bolt and I now have a huge leak all over my driveway of transmission fluid. Bolt looks like they hammered on it, and it looks cross-threaded. Perfectly fine transmission till now. If they want a better rating from me they will have to make this right.
Took my car to get a oil change and now my car is making a noise , also I was told they had checked all my tires pressure my light was on before I got there they told me drive 2 miles and the light will turn off I'm going on 4 days and the light is still on never turned off. There is 1 thing I dont understand why do I have to sit in my car I want to see what your doing to.my car and the work your doing on it oh and FYI it's not synfast oil anymore its valvoline now might just change the oil myself.
I was surprised when I showed up at this used to be a SynFast oil change place previously. I had my blinders on and didn't notice the change. I am thankful for the change. The service was top notch and the attendants were very attentive and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to have work done. I look forward to getting great service again when I return for service.
This place is a rip off. They wanted to charge me $85 for an oil change.
