I recommend avoid this place by any means. Dr Sanders is the worst. Highly not professional and rude staff, from clinical employees to admin. Front desk is always having attitude. Not capable fill out simple paperwork, such as Annual evaluation for a kid for school sports,- missing pages. Lazy to the point, that constantly postponed within years!! to fill out Immunization Card, stating "its too much writing". Medical records release form to my new Provider not being processed almost for 2 month by now!! Corporate compliance ... read more
Dr. Kevin Pounds has been my Dr. for Ten years or so. For the longest time I felt that he was doing me good and helping me deal with problems beyond the normal scope of medical issues. However, now I am at my lowest point in health, being that my issues are progressive and involve mobility problems and chronic pain that is not treatable, I get a letter from Him that he is not going to treat me anymore due to excessive cancellations. Dr. Sanders is one of worst doctor ever. He never listens to his patients. I went to him and I just asked him a simple question about precription dose reduction ( 50mg to lower). He just yelled at me and said NO, NO, I am not going to reduce your precriptions, blad, blad.... I tried to explain to him and he just all over me and does not let talk. DO NOT SEE this Doctor. He is too lazy to do some research to please his patient health concerns.
