if i could leave 0 stars i would, i was instructed by my lawyers to not handle any medical debts and i told that to a representative called OMAR he was sarcastic and rude, the collection is from a nearly fatal car accident i had with my daughter in the vehicle.
These guys were not bad to deal with. The fault was my medical company changing their billing and auto pay stopped. They apparently called and made a lame effort to fix it. Synerprise on the other hand, setup a payment plan for me, aren't reporting to collections, just offering a billing service. Was nice to deal with cause I was pretty stressed out, my credit is important to me. Thanks!
