These guys were not bad to deal with. The fault was my medical company changing their billing and auto pay stopped. They apparently called and made a lame effort to fix it. Synerprise on the other hand, setup a payment plan for me, aren't reporting to collections, just offering a billing service. Was nice to deal with cause I was pretty stressed out, my credit is important to me. Thanks!
They aren't a scam, but what they're doing is definitely skeezy. I contacted the original source of my apparent debt and discovered I owe nothing, yet they kept changing their story about who I owed the debt to. Look up your rights with HIPAA. They claim not to violate it, but they definitely do. They claimed that they couldn't give me any information without my name, yet provided me with general information.
