They were really no help at all and just tried to shut me up when I was explaining my situation.
They made me aware of a bill that I did not know Insurance hadn't paid. Helped me to get them to pay their portion and they were able to send me a text to pay the difference. Not the stereotypical collection outfit. Very helpful.
